Content OSTerms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Content OS, an internal content production tool operated by Advendo Media LLC("we", "us"). By signing in or connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Content OS
Content OS is available only to people invited by Advendo Media LLC as members of our team. Accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. YouTube and Google
Content OS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Only connect channels you are allowed to manage. You can remove Content OS's access at any time in your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the channel in Content OS.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Content OS only for Advendo Media LLC's content work.
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that breaks YouTube's policies or the law.
- Do not try to access data or accounts you are not authorised to use, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Review AI-generated drafts before using them. You are responsible for what is published on our channels.
4. Your content
Work you create in Content OS for Advendo Media LLC belongs to Advendo Media LLC, as agreed in your arrangement with us. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We provide Content OS "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. Third-party services such as YouTube may change or limit what Content OS can do.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Advendo Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Content OS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending access
We may suspend or remove access, for example when someone leaves the team or breaks these terms. You can stop using Content OS at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above when we do.
